Snapseed QR Codes (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. 2. DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material has been removed or access to it has been disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us by sending a written communication to our designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Snapseed QR Codes may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Please ensure that you meet the requirements outlined above before submitting a notice.
